One of the most important things we can do when we feel alone, confused, and disconnected...is to do just the opposite...to connect and feel supported. Below I share a couple ways to do that, as well as how to get honest with yourself about the conversations in your head.
An awesome definition of connection, comes from Brene Brown, which I share below and in the video. In your relationships, ask yourself if there is an exchange of feeling seen, heard and valued without judgement, because that is where the gold will be.
