It is the only permanent place you will live 24/7, until you pass on. Life is short. But that can be a long time to dislike or constantly be trying to change where you live.
We all have those moment when we judge ourselves. We see something we'd like to change about ourselves, but these notes to ourselves are rarely constructive observations. They are quite often body bashes. Ugh, my stomach looks fat. My arms are chunky. My hair is too frizzy. Any of this sound familiar?
Today I want to talk about making the shift from body bashing to body blessing and show you an easy 3 steps you can take...anytime, anywhere. I used this steps on myself this week. I share what triggered me to body bash and how I shifted myself back to a place of honoring. This is practice to do again, and again, and again.
What do you do to switch from body bashing to body blessing? I'd love to hear about it. Write in the comments below.
If you are interested in exploring Body Blessing more and an exercise that goes through the whole body, I recommend: The Multi-Orgasmic Woman, by Mantak Chia and Rachel Carlton Abrams, M.D.
