What I´ve found in my experience, is that the fastest way out of this sensation and experience is to stay in it. Talk about divine paradox. To share an example, as a child there were certain situations that brought up an intense fear for me, so intense, I would actually pass out. I´ve learned the valuable lesson that the more I try to run from those sensations the longer they stay and the more uncomfortable they are. When I can stay and breathe with them...magic happens.
The key, as I share in the video, is not to think about the fear and anger (because that just makes it worse in my experience) but to breathe, without trying to change it, and feel into the sensations of your body, without trying to change them.
What do you do when you are triggered into fear or anger to regain a sense of balance and control? Do you find giving up control actually helps you regain it?
