I do believe that in many cases, its appropriate and important to be mindful of the words we use and how we communicate, and that every experience and interaction offers a space to grow. But I also believe that without a sacred space to express without censor, we feel restricted and frustrated....and will eventually express ourselves. We all know what can happen when we express to the wrong person or even the right person, but with an over the top and harmful prompt that leads to no good.
If we find a sacred space, it´s far more likely that no one gets hurt, feelings can be felt...and as a result, a new perspective can be born. I for one feel sooo much lighter, calmer and clear headed when I get my dance on or write from a space of flow and allowing.
