I don't know about you but I've had a slow start to 2020. I feel like a part of me is asking me to slow down, to take better care of myself. To not act out of urgency, but out of inspiration.
One part of that process of no longer acting out of urgency is starting to become aware of when I'm acting or not acting out of fear vs. when I'm acting out of love and desire.
In this process, I've reconnected with a simple practice that shifts me out of paralysis and helps get me back into motion. It allows me gentle move out of fear and trust myself again that I am on my path and there is no rush.
