In today's video I share one of my favorite practices when it comes to developing a stronger sense of love and appreciation for our bodies. It was something I started to do about five year ago, after living mostly in disgust and avoidance of my body. It truly was a game changer for me and something I periodically come back to if I'm feeling disconnected from myself or critical of my body in any way.
